Key Responsibilities for Accountant

Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
Support month‑end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analysis
Maintain organized accounting records and assist with ad hoc reporting
Coordinate daily accounts payable activities and support accounts receivable as backup
Partner with leadership to improve accounting workflows and reporting accuracy

Qualifications for Accountant

3+ years of accounting experience with a solid foundation in GAAP and general ledger management
Experience supporting month‑end close and balance sheet reconciliations
Practical knowledge of full‑cycle accounts payable and familiarity with accounts receivable
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software
Manufacturing experience is a plus
