About The Opportunity CFS is partnering with a growing organization seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated AP professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys managing invoice processing, vendor relationships, and payment workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

• Process and code a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile vendor statements and research payment discrepancies
• Respond to vendor inquiries and build positive business relationships
• Support accounting team initiatives focused on process improvements and workflow efficiency

• 2+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in a fast-paced accounting environment
• Strong ERP system experience with intermediate Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliations
• Proven ability to manage deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong sense of ownership over one's own work and accountability
