Location: Beaverton, OR | On-Site

Pay Range: $52,000 – $58,000 annually

Our client, a well-established and growing organization in the Portland metro area, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist to join its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with B2B collections experience who enjoys customer interaction, account analysis, cash collections, and problem-solving in a collaborative environment. • Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts receivable and oversee collections activities to reduce outstanding balances
• Research customer accounts, perform account reconciliations, and resolve billing discrepancies
• Partner with customers and internal teams to address payment issues and improve collection outcomes
• Forecast cash collections and maintain accurate reporting on aging accounts and collection status
• Monitor payments, apply cash activity, and ensure accurate account reconciliations
• Maintain and update accounting systems, spreadsheets, and Excel-based reporting tools
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, special projects, and month-end accounting processes as needed

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, B2B Collections, Credit & Collections, or Customer Account Resolution
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze account activity, perform reconciliations, and manage reporting
• Solid communication skills and customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues professionally
