We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Administrative Support Manager to support our client and provide executive‑level leadership by overseeing daily administrative operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient business functions, supporting organizational initiatives, and providing leadership to administrative staff. The ideal candidate is solutions‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually

Full‑time, Onsite Hybrid
- Serve as a proxy and key delegate to the Director of Administration, ensuring continuity of operations and decision‑making.
- Provide high‑level administrative and operational support to the Executive Leadership Team, including coordination, reporting, and support of strategic initiatives.
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant office functionality.
- Exercise independent judgment and decision‑making authority on operational, administrative, and personnel matters.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop administrative staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and workload planning.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, workflows, and internal controls for administrative functions.
- Partner with shared services teams (IT, HR, Payroll, Accounting/Finance, Facilities, Marketing, Fleet Management) to ensure consistent alignment and seamless service delivery.
- Support remote and multi‑site teams across the U.S., ensuring consistency and responsiveness in administrative functions.
- Manage administrative budgets, purchasing, vendor relationships, and expense controls.
- Oversee facilities operations, office space planning, equipment needs, and administrative infrastructure.
- Support compliance initiatives through documentation, reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Assist with business licensing, registrations, renewals, and related compliance needs.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and company events.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Travel up to 20% as needed to support leadership and regional offices.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive administrative or office management experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience supporting executive‑level leadership in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
- Proven ability to operate independently with discretion, sound decision‑making, and strong judgment.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% (CA, CO, NV, KS).
