Long-Term 15+ Contract | Potential for FTE Conversion

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support a VP within the Technology organization
, along with two Senior Directors. This role is ideal for a highly organized, polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and excels in presentation support, executive communication, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Office Support

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and communications
  • Coordinate department moves, office logistics, and supplies
  • Prepare expense reports and purchase orders
  • Review and edit documents for grammar and clarity
  • Maintain files, organizational charts, and reports
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Meeting & Event Logistics

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Utilize company travel systems to ensure policy compliance
  • Work with internal/external stakeholders for venue, catering, and materials
  • Facilitate team meetings and support PowerPoint presentations

Presentation & Reporting

  • Create high-quality presentations under tight timelines
  • Interpret leadership needs and design effective layouts
  • Prepare special reports from multiple data sources

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years relevant experience
  • (Alternative combinations accepted: PhD/Law + 3 yrs; Master’s + 4 yrs; Associate’s + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs)
  • Strong experience supporting VP or C-Suite level executives
  • Previous Retail or Apparel industry experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Calendar management, Slack, and Box
  • Exceptional presentation-building skills
