Full-Time | On‑Site | Beaverton, OR | Pay: $19‑$21/hr DOE
PositionPacific Office Automation is looking for a Services Administrative Assistant to join our fast‑paced and growing IT department at our headquarters in Beaverton, OR
!
- HR responsibilities specific to our IT department:
Setup and prepare new hire packets, schedule initial interviews, update contact information and seating charts. - Payroll responsibilities specific to our IT department:
Collect and organize timesheets, submit reimbursement, expense and mileage forms, check requests, PTO submissions, and update PTO Calendar. - CW maintenance such as routing CW ticket requests on the Services Contract Admin board, updating agreement and add‑on titles, and other various maintenance requests.
- Other duties:
Internal inventory control, greeter/receptionist for guests and those outside the department, event planning, assist with reporting for all of POA, and assist with meeting minutes and action items.
- Experience with MS‑Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Some experience coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating projects and activities is a plus.
- Previous experience working with IT teams and understanding of technical language is a plus.
