Job DescriptionPurpose: This position provides executive support to the office of the superintendent and serves as the school board secretary. The Executive Assistant independently performs complex, highly advanced clerical, project management, and administrative work in support of one or more executive positions at the highest levels within the organization.
Responsibilities- Provide executive-level administrative support to the superintendent and senior leadership.
- Act as the school board secretary, preparing agendas, minutes, and related documentation.
- Manage complex project coordination, including scheduling, reporting, and follow-up.
- Perform advanced clerical duties, including correspondence, travel arrangements, and record keeping.
- Coordinate communication among board members, staff, and external partners.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- Proven experience in executive or senior administrative support roles.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365, data management, and scheduling tools.
- Experience with board meetings and secretary responsibilities preferred.
