Job SummaryTemporary Executive Assistant to C‑Suite Level Executives, providing comprehensive support to senior executives in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize calendar requests.
- Prepare and submit expense reports; manage all expense reimbursements.
- Draft communications, including email templates, letters, and memos.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
- Serve as gatekeeper and gateway, ensuring the executive’s time is protected.
- Communicate on behalf of the executive with senior leadership, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the executive’s office and internal departments.
- Plan and take minutes during meetings; follow up on action items.
- Prioritize competing needs; handle urgent matters proactively and follow through to completion.
- Plan monthly departmental events (e.g., department‑wide meetings, one‑on‑ones).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of executive/C‑Suite level support experience.
- Expert written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with a sense of urgency.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Extreme discretion and confidentiality required.
- Polished, articulate, and demonstrates good judgment.
- Ability to follow up on deliverables and manage shifting priorities positively.
Tribeca, NY – Onsite
Pay & BenefitsHourly rate: $28–$30 per hour. Compensation may also include healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays, generous paid time off, sick time, and other perks.
