Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the VP of Men's Apparel Product and lead senior admins across the team. This dynamic role requires exceptional professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy, and often ambiguous environment. The Executive Assistant will manage a wide range of administrative duties, including strategic calendar management, arranging complex travel, planning and coordinating events, expense reporting, and acting as a confidential liaison.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate discretion, resilience under stress, strong communication, and dedication to diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Minimum of 3 years' executive administrative support experience
- Experience working in a similar industry or environment required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with senior executives
- Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail
- Sound judgment handling confidential/sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Keynote, and Smartsheets
- Strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills
- Advanced calendar management and travel coordination experience
- Project management skills and ability to drive tasks from conception to completion
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience leading or supporting admin teams
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Serve as the primary support for the VP, acting as a trusted advisor and confidant
- Manage high‑volume, complex executive calendars and prioritize requests
- Coordinate and book domestic/international travel, creating detailed itineraries
- Plan and execute team meetings and large‑scale events, including logistics and communications
- Handle expense reporting, purchase orders, and invoices accurately and on time
- Create and maintain org charts, manage team distribution lists, draft/edit communications
- Lead, coach, and coordinate work with other senior admins to ensure operational alignment
- Oversee space planning and departmental moves, partnering with other teams as necessary
- Support cross‑functional administrative alignment for major product and corporate milestones
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
- The Executive Assistant will work closely with the VP, Men's Apparel Product Team, and cross‑functional partners in design, development, merchandising, supply planning, finance, and additional organizational functions. The role also includes coordination with executive leadership for product launches and key events.
