Data Processing Assistant – Fabrication Shop
Location:
Beaverton, OR
Pay: $22–$25/hour DOE
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Flexible start time available)

Responsibilities- Enter fabrication drawing information into a custom tracking software with speed and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain fabrication files, quality control reports, certifications, and project documentation.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accurate records.
- Process material receipts and update inventory information within the tracking system.
- Assist with inventory management, purchasing support, and material stocking.
- Support the fabrication team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
- Maintain organized records while working in a fast‑paced fabrication environment.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- $22–$25/hour starting wage depending on experience.
- Contract‑to‑Hire opportunity with long‑term potential.
- Stable Monday–Friday schedule.
- Flexible start time.

- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Comfortable working in a busy, open office environment with multiple conversations happening throughout the day.
- Self‑motivated with the initiative to work independently while supporting a team.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments is a plus.
- Experience with Bluebeam PDF software is a bonus but not required.
