Data Processing Assistant – Fabrication Shop

Location:

Beaverton, OR

Pay: $22–$25/hour DOE

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Flexible start time available)

Responsibilities
  • Enter fabrication drawing information into a custom tracking software with speed and accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain fabrication files, quality control reports, certifications, and project documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accurate records.
  • Process material receipts and update inventory information within the tracking system.
  • Assist with inventory management, purchasing support, and material stocking.
  • Support the fabrication team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Maintain organized records while working in a fast‑paced fabrication environment.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Qualifications
  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize work and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Comfortable working in a busy, open office environment with multiple conversations happening throughout the day.
  • Self‑motivated with the initiative to work independently while supporting a team.
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments is a plus.
  • Experience with Bluebeam PDF software is a bonus but not required.
