We are a high-volume Automotive Repair Center, and we are seeking an experienced Automotive Repair Store Manager. Our fast-paced shop environment demands a leader who excels in repeat customer sales, problem-solving, and maintains a sense of urgency. The most qualified candidate is a person who enjoys providing world class service to every customer they interact with. This candidate is also someone who prides themself on being the best and creates customer loyalty by relating to our customers and earning their trust through honest recommendations and service.

Responsibilities- Overseeing the daily operations of the store.
- Supervise, lead and develop team members.
- Achieve sales growth.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving complaints or issues.
- Inventory and merchandise management.
- Uphold safety standards.
- General knowledge of the automotive industry.
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive service writer.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team or staff.
