You will oversee and optimize daily operations across the digital marketplace, ensuring a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to support product listings, order fulfillment, and drive operational efficiency.

• Monitor marketplace performance and proactively resolve operational issues
• Ensure product listings are accurate, compliant, and optimized for visibility
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support order processing and fulfillment
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to process enhancements and automation initiatives
• Support onboarding and training for new sellers and partners

• Experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or related roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or other data tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
