WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role will work intimately with Design, Tech Development, Merchandising, Operations, and Sports Marketing teams to manage the product creation cycle.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a collaborative Product Line Manager II with strong organization, attention to detail, and a drive to learn. This person excels at problem solving, partners effectively across diverse teams, and brings a passion for serving the Football consumer. The role supports product strategy and creation for Clubs, Federations, and Athletes, driving innovation and performance. Responsibilities include analyzing business results and working with cross-functional partners to deliver compelling assortments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Merchandising, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • 2 years of related product experience
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines
  • Passion for or interest in Global Football
  • Strong organization, detail oriented, and deadline management

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will drive key elements of the product creation process—from initial brief through final approval—by coordinating across Product Management and cross-functional partners. Your work ensures accuracy, alignment, and momentum across tools, timelines, and teams.

  • Support the full product creation process, partnering with Product Management and cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare for key meetings, including sample setup, document updates, and meeting recaps.
  • Maintain alignment across partners through clear, timely communication.
  • Manage and track samples; document and communicate all product changes.
  • Keep key tools and systems accurate and up to date (e.g., Visual Line Plans, Sales Tools, Miro Boards, Change Logs).
  • Analyze business metrics and support line planning activities.
  • Partner with the category information analyst to validate MMX data (costs, pricing, forecasts).
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and guide teams through critical checkpoints.
