What Youll Do Make outbound calls to resolve past due accounts Review and analyze aging reports Document all account activity accurately and thoroughly Resolve customer discrepancies and disputes with professionalism and discretion Communicate cross functionally with sales teams and senior management when needed Confidently follow up on accounts to ensure timely resolution while maintaining strong customer relationships What You Bring Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail Excellent organization and time management abilities Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Confidence communicating with customers regarding payments while maintaining professionalism Preferred Not Required 2 years of collections or accounts receivable experience
