AboutThe Role
Our fast‑paced sales office is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist to join our Beaverton, OR team. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for someone looking to start a professional career in finance, operations, or customer relations. No prior collections experience? No problem—we’re happy to train the right candidate.
What You’ll Do- Make outbound calls to resolve past‑due accounts
- Review and analyze aging reports
- Document all account activity accurately and thoroughly
- Resolve customer discrepancies and disputes with professionalism and discretion
- Communicate cross‑functionally with sales teams and senior management when needed
- Confidently follow up on accounts to ensure timely resolution while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time‑management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Confidence communicating with customers regarding payments while maintaining professionalism
- 2+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience
