Account Resolution Specialist

Account Resolution Specialist – Beaverton, OR

• Making outbound calls on past‑due accounts
• Analyzing aging reports and documenting all account activities
• Demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and good judgment in all interactions with co‑workers, customers, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of customer discrepancies and disputes
• Communicating cross‑functionally with sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process and tackle challenges head‑on

• Advanced problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritize projects within a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence to collect money while maintaining excellent relationships with the customer base

• 2 years of collection experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
