- Big 4 consulting experience (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC) strongly preferred
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments while driving structure and clarity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive‑level storytelling
- Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across teams
- Experience with project/program management tools (Airtable preferred but not required)
- Strong proficiency in building workplans, trackers, and executive reporting materials
- PMP certification a plus, but not required
- Experience supporting Fortune 500 clients or large‑scale retail brands
- Background in retail, consumer products, or sportswear industries
- Exposure to product launch or marketing execution programs
- Prior experience working with external retail partners or strategic accounts
- Experience in consulting or transformation‑heavy environments
This is a high‑impact opportunity to help shape and execute Nike’s future retail partnership model across two of its most important strategic accounts. You will operate at a senior level of visibility, working directly with cross‑functional leaders and external partners to ensure alignment, execution, and momentum across critical initiatives.
