We are looking for a Senior Assortment Planner with expertise in assortment planning, financial forecasting, and inventory optimization
. This role focuses on building data-driven, consumer-centric assortment strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop bottom-up assortment plans aligned with financial targets.
- Create seasonal and monthly forecasts (sales, margin, inventory).
- Own open-to-buy (OTB) planning and forecasting.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and in-season optimization
. - Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities vs. financial plans.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, and Planning teams
. - Present business performance, forecasts, and strategies to stakeholders.
- 3–5 years of experience in assortment/merchandise/financial planning.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, inventory, and product planning
. - Experience with data analytics and planning tools
. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
. - Understanding of consumer and market trends
. - Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
