Merchandise Planner 2 – Demand Planning
We are seeking a Merchandise Planner 2 – Demand Planning to support a fast-paced Demand Planning team focused on eCommerce and Direct-to-Consumer business operations.
In this role, you will help drive forecasting, inventory planning, business analysis, and planning operations while partnering with Merchandise Planning, Buying, Finance, and Direct Consumer teams.
Key Responsibilities:Support demand planning and forecasting processes Maintain planning tools, reports, and operational deliverables Analyze business performance and planning accuracy Support inventory optimization and forecasting initiatives Assist with Open-to-Buy (OTB) activities and forecast reconciliation Partner cross-functionally to align inventory and sales plans Support in-season business management and reporting
Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Merchandise Planning, Business Planning, or Assortment Planning Strong forecasting and inventory planning experience Experience supporting planning operations and deliverables Advanced Excel and analytical skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred:Digital Merchandise Planning experience eCommerce or Direct-to-Consumer planning experience In-season forecasting and inventory management experience Athletic retail or sportswear industry experience
