Job Summary

  • Lead strategic planning and help shape long-term growth plans for North America.
  • Partner with senior and executive leaders to solve complex business issues.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that align business priorities and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual and multi-year strategic planning process.
  • Author clear, concise strategic plans and executive- ready presentations.
  • Build integrated growth plans that drive profitable results.
  • Conduct rigorous market, consumer, and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
  • Synthesize complex insights into simple, compelling recommendations.
  • Define work scopes, work streams, timelines, and deliverables for major initiatives.
  • Serve as the project quarterback for cross-functional teams.
  • Develop future strategies and frameworks for new growth opportunities.
  • Establish KPIs and measurement plans to assess strategy impact.
  • Communicate strategies and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience in apparel, footwear, retail, merchandising, or consumer-facing industries.
  • Proven success leading complex strategic projects from problem definition to execution.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and storytelling skills.
  • Advanced presentation skills with proficiency in Keynote or PowerPoint.
  • Bias toward action with comfort operating in ambiguity and complexity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
  • Curious, growth-minded, and resilient.
