Job Summary

- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience in apparel, footwear, retail, merchandising, or consumer-facing industries.
- Proven success leading complex strategic projects from problem definition to execution.
- Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and storytelling skills.
- Advanced presentation skills with proficiency in Keynote or PowerPoint.
- Bias toward action with comfort operating in ambiguity and complexity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
