Job Title:
Marketing - Brand Merchandising 3
Location: WHQ - Beaverton, OR
Duration: 6-7 Months
Pay Rate : $39-43 Hourly OT40
On-site role at WHQ; typical work hours, 4/1 hybrid schedule

Job Description:

• The nature of the work is focused on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities.
• Ensure merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation of the market place and drive incremental growth
• Finalize all category assortment plans and gain resolution against issues on flow, pricing and distribution decisions
• Work to ensure assortment category vision is driven to the retail floor and that end state is profitable consumer right assortments
• Optimize the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format
• 5+ years' experience required in a merchandising role
• Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience

Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted:
PhD or Law + 3 yrs;
Masters + 4 yrs;
Associates degree + 6 yrs;
High School + 7 yrs.

• Detail-oriented
• Able to work in ambiguity
• Marketplace awareness
• Excel expertise
• Team player mindset

Combination of skills that would make a candidate stand out:

• AV experience (assort visual)
• Prior Nike experience
• In-store retail experience
• ETW will help support soccer merchandising at the channel level, working close with product, merch, and sales teams to determine the best product for specific accounts; will assist with product allocation as well
• Candidate should be comfortable with public speaking (mostly to internal audiences)

1-2 rounds of interviews anticipated
