Business Analyst

This role is for a business analyst who will aggregate plans and transform data into compelling narratives. The position involves leading monthly business reviews, building content, and working closely with global and geography sales planning teams. This is not a traditional forecasting or retail planning role but focuses on storytelling with data provided by other teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly business reviews and facilitate work with the global planning team.
  • Pull and analyze data to build a comprehensive story for leadership.
  • Transform data into concrete, explainable insights and visual representations.
  • Develop presentation decks and assist with leadership coordination.
  • Collaborate with approximately 20 stakeholders regularly, including Geography Sales planning teams and the global EVP team.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role is required. Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUPs, is necessary. Proficiency in building presentation decks is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI tools and/or Tableau.
  • Experience delivering business reviews.
