Product Creation Support (Men's Sportswear Apparel Tech)

6-Month Contract | Onsite PHK (Hybrid, Fridays Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Product Creation Support ETW to join a Men's Sportswear Apparel Tech team. This role supports the Product Line Manager in executing seasonal product creation workflows across Product, Design, Merchandising, and Development.

You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, structure, and execution across sample management, product toolkits, line plan handoffs, and data reconciliation. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role where precision, urgency, and cross‑functional collaboration directly support seasonal product delivery.

What You'll Do
  • Support the Product Line Manager across seasonal product creation activities
  • Manage and track product samples through development, review, and handoff cycles
  • Assist with product toolkits, line plans, and seasonal documentation updates
  • Perform ongoing data reconciliation and accuracy checks across product tracking systems
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional partners (Product, Design, Merchandising, Development)
  • Maintain organization and clarity across multiple concurrent work streams
  • Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time in a fast-moving environment
Who We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience in apparel product creation, merchandising, product support, or retail product operations
  • Apparel experience required (brand, retail, or similar consumer product environment)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Self-starter who thrives in structured but fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Required Skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook skills
  • Experience with Keynote or presentation-building tools
  • Strong sample management and product tracking experience
  • Ability to manage data accuracy, updates, and reconciliation tasks
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting apparel product creation or merchandising calendars
  • Exposure to seasonal product development cycles
  • Experience supporting product line managers or cross-functional product teams
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle workflows and sample tracking systems
  • Experience in large-scale apparel or retail environments a plus
