Job Title: Business Analyst 4 (Global Sales Planning)
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-site, 4 days/week)
Pay Rate: Up to $58/hour
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to support a Global Sales Planning function within a large, matrixed organization.
This role focuses on transforming complex data into clear, executive-ready insights while driving alignment across cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and managing deliverables tied to key business planning cycles.
Key Responsibilities- Drive alignment across Sales, Finance, Planning, and regional teams to ensure a consistent view of business performance
- Support planning cycles by coordinating inputs, managing timelines, and building executive‑ready materials
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Validate and reconcile data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Build high‑quality presentations for leadership reviews and business updates
- Support reporting processes, including ownership of timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Analysis, or Strategy
- Strong experience working in cross‑functional, matrixed environments
- Proven ability to analyze data and develop clear business narratives
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation‑building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis or reporting
- Experience supporting executive presentations or business reviews
- Hybrid work model (4 days on‑site)
- High level of interaction with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Strong focus on storytelling, executive communication, and insight generation
- This is not a traditional forecasting or planning role; the focus is on aggregating inputs and building cohesive business narratives
