WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will report to the NikeSKIMS Senior Director Product & Merchandising and partner closely with fellow Product Line Managers, Merchandising, Design, Product Development and other key stakeholders across both the Nike and SKIMS organizations. Beyond your core team, you will collaborate daily with Materials/Trims, Brand, Consumer Insights, Planning, Sourcing, and Finance to bring product to life - while acting as a senior connector between two iconic brands with a shared ambition: redefining women's active wear.

WHO

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Lead Product Line Manager to help shape and scale the NikeSKIMS Apparel business. This individual has a proven ability to lead product creation teams in building elevated apparel collections across the seasonal calendar - collections that fuse Nike's performance authority with SKIMS' mastery of fit, form, and feel.

In this fast-paced and highly visible role, you'll thrive in ambiguity, navigate competing priorities, and embrace the creative tension that comes with building something new between two powerhouse brands. Above all, you will be consumer-obsessed - someone who deeply understands the NikeSKIMS consumer and translates her needs, desires, and cultural cues into product she can't live without.

The ideal candidate can establish and cultivate relationships across the broader NikeSKIMS organization, while recognizing cultural, competitive, and consumer trends shaping women's active wear and lifestyle. You will leverage consumer and marketplace insights - from how she moves, to how she styles her look off-duty - and translate them into product narratives that resonate emotionally and drive commercial impact. You will lead cross-functionally to deliver the most distinctive, innovative, and elevated product in the industry, while curating a product line that feels unmistakably NikeSKIMS: strong, sexy, and made for her.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Merchandising, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training

  • A minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience

  • Proven ability to manage an apparel category end-to-end and drive multi-season strategy - from long-range vision and line architecture to seasonal execution and in-market performance

  • Demonstrated fluency in the female consumer - her lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, fit expectations, and how she shops across performance and lifestyle

  • Creativity and passion for product, trend, fashion, color, fit, and style

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the women's active wear marketplace, alongside a strong pulse on culture and fashion

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate, influence, negotiate, and impact the triad across two brand organizations

  • Strong business management experience, analytical proficiency, and understanding of retail math, with experience in Excel Keynote Miro MMX

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As Lead PLM, you will own an apparel category end-to-end - setting the multi-season vision, shaping line architecture, and driving seasonal execution that delivers against both brand ambition and commercial targets. You will be accountable for the long-range health of your category: how it evolves season over season, how franchises are built and scaled, and how the assortment shows up cohesively in-market over time.

You will work daily with Design, Development, Brand, Consumer Insights, and Merchandising teams to build seasonal product stories that fuse Nike innovation with SKIMS design DNA. You will lead the triad - keeping projects on pace, communicating with clarity across Nike and SKIMS partners.

You will drive line plans, assortment architecture, and future product strategies - balancing near-term seasonal delivery with a multi-season roadmap that builds icons, grows franchises, and creates space for newness. You'll partner with Consumer Insights to bring her voice into every gate of the product creation process - from brief to buy - and champion the fit, feel, and emotional resonance that make NikeSKIMS unlike anything else in her closet.

Weekly, you will drive on-calendar delivery across product briefs, design reviews, merchandising plans, and marketplace distribution - while managing the process for translating cultural moments, consumer feedback, and marketplace signals into product decisions. You will keep downstream partners aware and accountable, ensuring the collection shows up in-market with intention, cohesion, and impact.
