The Business Analyst typically translates supply chain and operational challenges into clear insights and recommendations, sitting at the intersection of data fluency and business communication.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Analyze supply chain and operational data using SQL, Excel and Tableau to answer complex business questions.
- Build reports, dashboards and data narratives that communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with supply chain, planning and corporate operations teams to define analytical requirements.
- Identify process inefficiencies and develop data-driven recommendations to address them.
- Present analysis and recommendations to Director-level stakeholders.
- 3+ years experience in a business analyst, data analyst or supply chain analyst role.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Advanced Excel and Tableau or Power BI skills.
- Supply chain domain knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
