We are seeking a strategic and agile Business Integration Manager to drive alignment, operational excellence, and execution across a fast-paced consumer products organization. This role sits at the center of cross-functional business operations, helping transform strategic priorities into clear plans, actionable roadmaps, and measurable results.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, excels at connecting teams, and brings a strong background in product creation, merchandising, marketing, apparel, or related business functions. This individual will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, drive accountability, and ensure successful execution across key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior business integration leadership to elevate operational excellence and executional rigor across the organization.
- Translate business strategies into operating plans, seasonal milestones, and execution roadmaps.
- Coordinate executive leadership meetings, including agenda development, action tracking, and decision management.
- Create executive-ready presentations, business updates, seasonal reviews, and strategic communications.
- Develop and optimize tools, processes, governance structures, and business rhythms that improve speed, clarity, and consistency.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and elevate blockers with actionable recommendations.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working sessions while ensuring accountability for commitments and deliverables.
- Drive alignment across product creation, merchandising, planning, marketing, and marketplace teams.
- Utilize data, insights, and business context to help leaders prioritize initiatives and navigate trade-offs.
- Support process improvement initiatives, organizational design efforts, and change management activities.
- Foster stronger collaboration across global and regional business partners.
- 7+ years of experience
- Business Integration, Business Operations, Project Management, Product Management, Merchandising, Cross-functional business leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with in apparel, footwear, fashion, retail, consumer products, or related industries
- Strong understanding of product creation processes and seasonal business planning
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrixed organization
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, status reports, and operational documentation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Background in marketing, merchandising, product creation, or apparel-related functions
- Proven success building sustainable programs and operating models from concept through implementation
- Strong project management and change management experience
- Experience with in enterprise organizations or agencies
- Knowledge of Go-to-Market (GTM) processes
- Cross-functional leadership experience with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Experience supporting footwear calendars, line planning, or launch readiness initiatives
- Familiarity with the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through marketplace execution
- Passion for sports, style, consumer products, and product storytelling
