You'll sit at the center of cross-functional operations, turning strategy into clear execution plans and driving alignment across product creation, merchandising, planning, and marketing teams. This is a fast-moving, hands‑on role where you'll help orchestrate how ideas become products and manage the systems, processes, and team rhythms that make that happen.
WhatYou'll Do
- Build and maintain sharp operational processes that connect strategy to execution across product teams and leadership
- Partner with executive stakeholders to create decision‑ready updates, presentations, and seasonal roadmaps
- Facilitate cross‑functional conversations, capture action items, and hold teams accountable to commitments
- Track progress against goals, identify friction points, and elevate blockers with clear recommendations
- Help teams navigate tradeoffs, prioritize effectively, and move with speed and precision
- Create and evolve tools, processes, and team rhythms that strengthen clarity and consistency
- Document and communicate complex work streams in a way that keeps everyone aligned
- 7+ years working in business integration, operations, project management, product management, merchandising, or similar cross‑functional business roles
- A background in apparel, footwear, athletic brands, or consumer products (required)
- Strong orchestration and project management skills, with some change management experience
- Experience building organizational systems or programs that sustain themselves over time
- Excellent communication skills across all seniority levels and functions
- Strong problem‑solving ability and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Airtable (or quick ability to learn new platforms)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Enterprise or agency background
- Knowledge of go‑to‑market processes and product launch readiness
- Direct management or cross‑functional leadership experience
- Familiarity with product journey from concept through development and marketplace execution
- Experience driving process improvement or change management across matrixed orgs
