Associate for Storage and Organization Team
Join a dynamic team responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of a global product storage strategy. Collaborate with client teams to organize and manage product spaces effectively. This role involves supporting strategic and tactical professional organizing services, including product liquidation, unpacking, and organization support.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Storage and Organization sessions with client teams to organize storage rooms for optimal product management.
- Serve as an onsite partner providing hands-on assistance and directing support squad work during sessions.
- Collaborate with Organizational Product Managers to ensure seamless session execution.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and client consultations.
- Ensure quality control and client satisfaction for all support sessions.
- Become an expert in end-of-lifecycle processes and assist with client and team training.
- Contribute to the development of new and existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform accurate data entry tasks and email communication.
- Prepare for sessions and deliver organizational supplies as needed.
- Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Work Environment
This role requires a 100% onsite presence four days per week. The position is physically active, requiring standing for at least three hours at a time and the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. An optional team meeting is available on Monday from 9-10am, either virtually or on-site. The typical work schedule is 25 hours per week, Tuesday through Thursday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
