Our client, a leading athletic footwear and apparel manufacturing company, is looking for a Program Coordinator - Non-IT 3/Project Coordinator – Na Stores. This is for an initial duration of 06 months and is located at Beaverton, OR.

Job Type: Contract (Candidates must be able to work on W2 without VISA sponsorship)
Project Coordinator – Na Stores
- Hybrid
- Potential for 1-2 domestic trips
- Degree preferred, not a hard requirement
- PMP certification nice to have, not required
- 5+ years' experience minimum in a program management/coordination role
Top musthave skills include the following:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage schedule
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to deliver clear project updates in PowerPoint or Keynote form
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Air Table experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Suite
Skills that would make a candidate stand out:
- Prior Client experience
- Experience in the athletic/apparel/footwear industry
- Experience in retail development (brick & mortar stores)
- Experience in construction, fixtures (retail elements)
Accountabilities:
- Serve as the singular source (source of record) for all work streams and timelines for new/remodeled Client Stores, and Pop Ups/Activations, for NA Client Brand
- Align with key stakeholders ( Brand and teammates) to acquire and disseminate critical tasks and requirements to keep Brand work streams on track
- Implement Airtable or similar platform, to build a definitive tool that clearly identifies key gates/dates and work streams for all projects
- Regularly publish tracking documents with the right content and details to be easily digestible for leadership and other key stakeholders
Experience/Skills:
- Extensive experience serving as a project manager for brick & mortar retail projects - national brands preferred
- High attention to detail to drive comprehensive understanding & completion of all retail projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to understand and convey opportunities and challenges to stakeholders
- Experience utilizing Project Management Platforms or tools, including Airtable, Excel, etc.
- PMP certification preferred
Deliverables:
- Stores Project Tracker – inclusive of Construction, fixture, product and delivery dates/gates. Published Weekly
- Pop Up Project Tracker - inclusive of business and Brand dates/gates. Published Weekly
- Provide Inputs into broader Client, Inc. tracking mechanisms
Stakeholders:
- Global Design & Ops
- NA Client Design & Ops
- NA Design
- NA Marketplace/RB/Merch/Planning
Meetings:
- NA Client Portfolio Review (2 meetings)
- NA Stores IBA
- NA + Global Weekly Session
- NA New Stores Status Update
