Pay Range: $(69.71 – 73.31)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits
Hybrid:
Mon – Thurs onsite, Fri remote
Job Role:
- On-site role at WHQ; typical work hours, WFH Fridays
- Minimum undergrad degree required
- 10+ years’ experience in a strategic planning role
Top must-have skills include the following:
- Strategic planning/thinking/forecasting
- Project management
- High impact written communication.
Desired soft skills:
- Ability to build relationships quickly
- Ability to navigate executive stakeholders
- Previous Client experience HIGHLY preferred due to short engagement length; those candidates will be prioritized
- Otherwise, experience in the apparel industry will be preferred
Reponsibilities:
- The nature of the work is focused on short-term or long-term business direction, goals, processes, and purchases.
General Analysis:
- Develops strategic plan(s) to ensure the continued successful growth and profitability.
- Conducts environmental scans, organizational positioning analyses and other studies. Identifies, investigates, evaluates and negotiates acquisitions/divestitures, licensing opportunities and strategic business alliances that are in line with the organization's long-range goals.
Strategic Business Planning Process:
- Drive a planning process in which all gates and dates are clearly understood and that result in all Corporate planning deliverables being met.
- Monitor factors that would indicate the need for redirection of strategy.
Measurement:
- Lead the process of developing strategic initiatives and objectives for the current year and the 3-year Strategic Plan at the Regional Level, and work with business units/functions to ensure objectives are aligned and integrated
- Identify relevant measures and drive accountability for on-going performance against business and strategic objectives by preparing for and help leading Quarterly Business Review process.
Qualification:
- Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 10 years directly relevant experience; experience should include comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or industry expert
Note:
One of the following alternatives may be accepted:
- PhD or Law + 8 yrs;
Masters + 9 yrs;
Associates degree + 11 yrs;
High School + 12 yrs.
