Duration: 2 months contract

Purpose

Advanced Product Designer:
Deliver product vision and point of view for seasonal projects aligned to creative direction & project briefs

Accountabilities

• Create original product designs or refresh existing products with supervision from Design leadership
• Execute base track and more long track design solutions (broad range of product price points and model types)
• Active and proficient participant in the creative process and cross functional communication
• Communicate and present design concepts to internal and external audiences
• Collaborate and communicate cross functionally with key partners

Education:

• BA/BFA/MA/MFA preferred
• Associate Degree preferred

Experience:

• Preferred design experience: 5 7 years
• Creative experience (consumer/segment/dimensions)
• Knowledge of creative culture

Functional Skills:

• Digital design acumen (design based software needed: Creative Suite)
• Preferred knowledge and experience with advanced digital tools/3D skills
• Expert of make and manufacturing
• Proficient presentation & communication skills
• Proficient design skills, brief to presentation to manufacturing
• Proficient creative process
• Basic business context
• Basic understanding of insights
