Job Title: Product Manager - Specialized 5

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Onsite)

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative professional to contribute to lifestyle-focused sports apparel initiatives for a leading global fashion brand. Our team values innovative thinking and collaboration in bringing fresh design concepts to seasonal collections.

• Contribute to special projects by revising past seasonal apparel designs and introducing new creative ideas that enhance existing collections.
• Develop and refine tech packs for manufacturer submission, ensuring clear communication and thorough revision of designs as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, product management, materials development, technical development, and sourcing to deliver compelling outcomes on tight deadlines.
• Present project concepts, design rationale, and final work confidently to internal stakeholders, maintaining alignment with creative vision and brand standards.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cut-and-sew pattern design, including developing and revising tech packs for manufacturer production.
• Proven ability to generate fresh creative ideas, with a strong design portfolio demonstrating a breadth of styles and categories focused on lifestyle sportswear.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and foundational design skills such as sketching, illustration, and concept ideation; 3D experience is considered a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience and training in apparel product design.
