Position: Apparel - Graphic Designer 3

Responsibilities

Responsible for leading the apparel graphic production team by delivering flawless, production‑ready files. Serve as a trusted resource to create detailed graphic schematics, run point for Production Art within specific categories, attend meetings, identify action items, and act as the go‑to resource for cross‑functional collaboration. Manage multiple time‑sensitive projects while maintaining production flow.

Create and finalize graphic details for both branded and licensed basketball products from on‑athlete to retail, using 2D and 3D tools. Participate in Production Art meetings, produce high‑volume schematics, lay‑down product pages, prepare documentation for downstream partners, and review strike‑offs. Track and maintain file updates for accuracy from draft to final approval, learn new tools, and advocate for process efficiencies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a design and/or production environment
  • Proficient knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite
  • Advanced knowledge of graphic applications such as ink types and trim substrates
  • Understanding of product lifecycle and key deliverables
  • Expert‑Level listening, communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to support and lead peers in new tools and ways of working
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity while continuing to collaborate with the team
  • Laser focus on the critical details that often get missed
  • Ability to multi‑task amidst competing priorities
  • Curiosity for learning and building a strong design community
  • Basic understanding of 3D apparel programs (CLO or Lotta)
  • Understanding of Smartsheets, Airtable, and Miro is a plus
  • A love for sports is a bonus but a love for design is essential
Compensation & Benefits

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
