- Production team supporting running and training categories.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Self‐starter who can independently support a full design team.
- Graphic design background; experience with 3D apparel tools (e.g., CLO) is preferred.
- Deliver production‑ready files with accurate, detailed schematics at high volume.
- Create and finalize graphic details for apparel across athlete and retail product lines.
- Build laydown pages and graphic schematics leveraging 2D and 3D tools.
- Document requirements and create downstream handoffs; review and annotate strike‑offs.
- Track and maintain file versions and updates through final approval.
- Participate in production art meetings; align on priorities and deadlines.
- Advocate workflow efficiencies across the product creation lifecycle.
- Strong Adobe Illustrator and Creative Suite skills for production art.
- Knowledge of graphic applications for apparel and uniform programs.
- Experience creating accurate schematics, callouts, and production documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a time‑sensitive, high‑volume environment.
- Experience with 3D apparel programs such as CLO.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, Airtable, and Miro.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational thinking.
- Clear, professional communication and active listening.
- Curiosity and continuous learning mindset.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking under tight timelines.
- Self‐starter comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Proven collaborator across apparel and graphic production teams.
- Passion for design; interest in sports is a plus.
- Share a portfolio or samples highlighting production‑ready files, apparel schematics, and Illustrator proficiency.
- Include examples of high‑volume production workflows and documentation you created.
