Job Title: Materials Development
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in a pivotal role focused on materials development. Our team is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in product creation, ensuring that our materials meet the highest standards and align with design intent.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product creation teams to align materials with design intent and vendor capabilities.
- Interface with vendors to drive processes and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Communicate direction to materials partners in Asia, ensuring seamless integration of design and production.
- Support running footwear projects, leveraging expertise in materials development and product creation.
Required:
- 6+ years of experience in materials development/design, product development/design, or similar fields.
- Proven experience in the materials/product creation process, ideally within footwear.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Adherence to deadlines and project timelines is essential.
