Desired Candidate Profile :
Minimum required years of experience: 3+ YOE in Graphic Design for Apparel

Education requirements:

Bachelors or equivalent experience

Must have skills:
Experience working on Tees and Cut & Sew Apparel
Production Art and Graphic Design experience
Screen printing, graphic application (patches, heat transfers, etc.) and trims experience
Color Design experience

Nice to have skills:
Passion and experience working on Basketball or Sports Apparel
Experience working with athletes
Experience building repeats and AOP (All Over Prints)
AI and 3D Tool experience

Portfolio
3-5 examples of projects to walk through with visuals and examples of workflows
Production Art schematics
Graphic Design for Apparel
Apparel line art illustration and Client downs
Color Design examples

Previous Nike/industry experience preference: A bonus but not necessary
