Product Line Manager – Footwear (Core Running)

A global athletic brand is looking for a Product Line Manager to join the Footwear Creation process, primarily focused on Core Running. In this role, you will lead both the creation and expression (color, material, and graphics) workflow through data management and effective collaboration across cross-functional partners. You will craft insightful and inspiring seasonal color, material, and graphic briefs, analyze consumer and competitive trends, collect insights via focus groups, and define success with cross-functional teammates.

You will ensure accuracy of information in key systems, manage samples, participate in meetings, and provide clear communication to guide teams through critical checkpoints. You will collaborate with Product Management, Design, Tech Development, and Merchandising teammates to create industry-best footwear with world-class performance and storytelling.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
    • 3–5+ years of experience in product line management, merchandising, or footwear creation
    • Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
