Blue Ribbon Studio (BRS) is the center of engagement and development for Nike’s Design community. BRS operates as a physical maker‑space, an education lab and a design culture platform, providing resources and programming for the company’s 700+ designers in three key areas: creation, connection, and cultivation. BRS also plays an integral support role for Nike’s Purpose initiatives and NikeUNITED Networks. Our mission is to cultivate and encourage Nike designers through hands‑on experiences, creative conversations, and skill‑building classes.

We’re seeking a Senior Creative Producer who is passionate about Design Culture and Community, loves to learn, teach, collaborate, and execute ideas. The candidate should have proven experience supporting cross‑functional creative projects, strong project‑management skills, and creative problem‑solving abilities. They should be able to champion the people and practices of Nike Design and inspire diverse teams across many projects.
What You Will Work On- Support the BRS vision and strategy to connect and inspire our creative community through internal and external high‑impact programs that empower designers to do their best work at Nike.
- Execute our internal Nike design team engagement and events, such as the bi‑annual All Teams Meetings and community programming.
- Nurture and evolve Nike Design’s culture, ensuring it is inclusive, inspiring, and aligned with Nike’s Design Vision and Values.
- Manage project scopes, timelines and budgets in collaboration with project managers and production leads.
- Support the management of programs, events and platforms that connect Nike’s global design teams, fostering collaboration, inspiration, and shared identity.
- Assist with Nike All Design Café Meetings and any Design workshops.
- Create opportunities for designers to connect with external creative disciplines and sport communities.
- Partner with Designers across the Nike Creative Enterprise and build connections across creative functions.
A typical day or week involves connecting with the BRS team and design leaders across all aspects of design to align on creative directions and strategies, and creating a robust cultural program across digital and physical experiences. The work varies each week, from arranging design events to curating the design website content.
Who You Will Work WithYou will report to the Senior Manager, BRS & Community, and work closely with the Senior BRS Coordinator and the larger design community. The BRS team is comprised of three pillars – a physical Makers Space, Education (Design Development), and Community.
What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field (any suitable combination of education, experience, and training is acceptable).
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in creative industries.
- A personal passion for online and offline experiences and a desire to stay at the forefront of design culture.
- Strong collaboration, organizational and stakeholder‑management skills, often through ambiguity.
- A solutions‑oriented attitude and ability to solve problems.
- Experience executing and producing events of varying scales.
- Design skills such as visual presentations; experience with AI visualization and storytelling is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital & physical design and current trends within creative industries.
- Experience in budget planning, management, and reconciliation.
- Ability to build strong relationships within the design network and the wider creative industry.
- Photographic skills and/or website development and/or graphic design experience are all a plus.
