NIKE, Inc. is hiring a Graphic Designer II for its Field Sports apparel design team in Beaverton, OR (onsite). In this role, you’ll help shape seasonal visual systems and graphic storytelling for Nike-branded and licensed Field Sports collections, working from athlete, fan, team, cultural, and marketplace insights while maintaining Nike brand standards.

About the role

You will create seasonal graphics and visual systems, translate complex inputs into authentic product solutions, and collaborate across design and cross-functional partners. The work includes developing distinctive visual expressions for uniforms, on-field products, fanwear, and sideline collections, with clear communication of concepts to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Create seasonal graphics and visual systems for Nike-branded and licensed Field Sports apparel collections.
  • Translate insights from athletes, fans, teams, cultural trends, and the marketplace into authentic graphic stories and product solutions.
  • Design distinctive visual expressions for uniforms, on-field products, fanwear, and sideline collections.
  • Partner with Expert Designers, the broader Sports Apparel design community, and cross-functional teams to bring diverse creative perspectives to life.
  • Present creative concepts and communicate your design vision clearly to internal and external partners.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong craft, consistent execution, and Nike brand standards.
  • Contribute constructive feedback and help foster an inclusive, collaborative design environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, apparel design, or a related field. Any suitable combination of education, experience, and training will be considered.
  • 1 to 4+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, color design, or product design.
  • A curated portfolio showing research, inspiration, design development, problem-solving, process, and final execution across a range of projects.
  • Proficiency in typography, brand identity, color theory,
    Adobe Illustrator
    , and Adobe Creative Suite
    .

    Experience with
    Adobe In Design and Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
  • Comfort working with digital and 3D tools, supported by an understanding of apparel product creation, design trends, and visual culture.

Team and reporting

This role reports to the Design Director and partners closely with Expert Designers, the broader Sports Apparel design community, and cross-functional partners.
