What Youll Do Answer and route incoming support calls in a professional and timely manner Create and manage support tickets on behalf of customers Communicate effectively with customers technicians and sales teams Identify and document trends in customer requests or issues Use computer applications to track organize and resolve customer needs Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience What Youll Bring Strong phone etiquette communication and active listening skills Ability to multi task and stay organized in a fast paced environment Reliable transportation to our Beaverton office Attention to detail and a proactive problem solving mindset Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel 12 years of customer service experience preferred call center or IT ticketing experience a plus Bilingual skills are a plus
