We are hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to support clients with reservations, booking coordination, and general customer assistance within the travel services industry.
This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences while assisting customers with travel planning, confirmations, and ongoing support.
Training is provided, and previous travel industry experience is not required.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Assist clients with reservations and booking coordination
- Provide accurate information regarding travel options and services
- Manage confirmations, itinerary updates, and customer requests
- Maintain organized customer and reservation records
- Deliver timely and professional customer service
- Support clients before, during, and after travel
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
