ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2006 and we currently have a close-knit team of three. Before stepping into agency ownership, I attended aviation school in Daytona Beach and built my career in the aviation industry with an international airline. One of the most exciting parts of that role was traveling to help launch new airline locations — an experience that taught me how to lead, adapt quickly, and stay focused on people and service no matter the environment.

Giving back and staying connected to the community is important to us. We’re actively involved in different Hispanic and African community events, helping educate people on how insurance works and why having the right protection matters.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Lateef Kirsten - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
