The role of a Guest Service Associate (GSA) is the first and last impression of the guest's entire experience, so it is important to always maintain a cheerful and positive attitude. A Guest Service Associate can work with like-minded individuals who share in their excitement and passion for revealing beautiful skin. Even better, a GSA shapes the future of EWC and supports guests in feeling gorgeous, radiant, and confident in their own skin.

Please note that this is a sales position.

• Sales of wax passes.
• Opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Managing the flow of guests in and out of the center and assisting with questions as needed, including reservation booking regarding guests' requests and associate availability.
• Educating all guests on the European Wax Center product portfolio, Strut 365 and demonstrating products to guests, as well as explaining benefits and savings of wax passes and consistency of waxing.
• Maintaining the front of the center, including restocking product shelves and refilling brochure and card holders.
• Educating guests on current in center promotions.
• Checking personal schedule on a weekly basis.
• Arriving to work on time, wearing the appropriate dress code and name tag.
• Following all corporate policies and procedures.
• Participating in community events and street team marketing when requested.
• Attending all weekly Strut Sessions; if a Strut Session falls on a day the associate is not scheduled, the associate will attend at least one Strut Session per month.
• Actively commenting on questions and posts on Strut Bloomfire.
• Creating a memorable guest experience by utilizing EWC terminology and tailoring scripts and standard responses while working in the location.
• Maintaining and exceeding center and individual goals.
• Ensuring center cleanliness.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and skill requirements: high school diploma or GED required, or one‑two years of related experience or training. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
