This entry‑level position offers opportunity to learn and gain valuable experience in a dynamic club environment.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain Member Services Desk, answering phone calls, providing accurate information regarding club operations, and handling policies and procedures.
Assist in multiple club areas including Café, Recovery + Spa (reception), Housekeeping, Sports, and Facilities.
Compensation & Benefits- Hourly pay based on relevant experience.
- Sick‑time pay.

- Excellent phone skills; ability to handle intermittent heavy calls.

- Previous customer service experience.
- Bilingual a plus.
