POSITION SUMMARY:
The position will insure maintaining a well-stocked and safe recovery area, adhering to Villa Sport standards and task checklists. Recovery Associates will execute all responsibilities under the supervision of the Recovery and Spa Supervisor. They will manage the appointment system and guide members to suitable services, surpassing member expectations with a consistently cheerful demeanor.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5-star customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and selling skills.
  • Proficient computer skills; able to learn new software and systems efficiently.
  • Experience working for or managing a day spa or recovery center.
  • Experience working for a high-end, high-touch, service-oriented business is a plus.
  • Experience leading a team and being a part of a high-performing team.
  • Servant leadership mindset.
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with ability to work with and serve all kinds of people.
  • Responsible and accountable; self-motivated.
  • High energy with a positive outlook.
  • Goal-oriented and resourceful.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • First aid/CPR certificate required within 90 days of hire date.
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and balancing.
  • Repetitive phone and computer work.
  • Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
