Product Designer

We are seeking a Product Designer – Specialized II to support seasonal product development, focusing on basketball uniforms and travel systems
. This role involves research, ideation, engineering, and development of performance-based products from concept through retail, while ensuring quality, budget, and confidentiality standards.

• Product Design & Development
  :
  Support product development from concept to retail
  ; contribute to ideation and innovative, performance-driven solutions; collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors; apply consumer, business, and performance insights to elevate concepts; engineer, prototype, and iterate designs independently.
• Research & Engineering
  :
  Generate insights using research methodologies; translate findings into actionable design and engineering solutions;
  Experiment with materials, construction, and manufacturing techniques
  ; participate in cross-functional projects with product teams and vendors; support project execution within budget; maintain confidentiality throughout product lifecycle.
• Communication
  :
  Prepare reports, presentations, and design documentation; present concepts and findings to the team.

• 2–4 years of product design experience
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Keynote
• Highly collaborative, proactive, and adaptable
• Strong ability to take direction and respond constructively to feedback

• Experience with CLO (3D apparel design)
• Knowledge of apparel construction, material creation, and performance product development
• Ability to manage design solutions within budget constraints

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but alternatives accepted:
• PhD or Law degree + 1 year experience
• Master’s degree + 0–3 years experience
• Associate degree + 1–3 years experience
• High school diploma + 3–5 years experience
