Jensen Hughes is seeking an Associate (Fire Building Safety & Accessibility Analyst) to perform building code and accessibility compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering
• 2+ years of experience using International Building Codes (IBC) or International Fire Codes (IFC)
• 1+ year of experience with architectural CAD or GIS mapping and 3D graphics programs
• 1 year of building code research and building/zoning code compliance and reporting writing with integrated graphics
• 6 months of experience with site assessment of construction projects
• Client‑facing position requiring strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Situational awareness assessment and building code analysis test – must be passed if interviewed
• Must provide 3 references as part of the application process
• 10% domestic travel to unanticipated client sites approximately per month, as needed by clients

Salary
: $67,000 – $101,000 USD (annual)
