Job Title: Pattern Engineer

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven professional to play a vital role in technical design, driving the fit and construction of apparel from concept through commercialization. Our team values collaboration and communication throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure delivery of high-quality sportswear products.

• Own the fit and construction process for assigned styles, leading development and delivery to meet product specifications and deadlines.
• Create and revise Tech Packs, maintaining comprehensive documentation including product specs and prototype notes for complex projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as design, product management, sourcing, and product creation centers to achieve development and fit goals.
• Monitor and communicate progress and challenges during product testing, ensuring product integrity and adherence to established standards.

• 5–8 years’ experience in a technical designer or pattern engineer capacity, including expertise in pattern making, grading, construction materials, costing, and manufacturing.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, CAD Pattern Design software (Optitex), and 3D software (CLO/Browzwear) is highly desired.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in apparel design, textile science, or related field is preferred, though equivalent product creation experience will be considered.
