WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The Technical Developer will manage assigned styles through the full product creation lifecycle, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to support creative solutions and execution.

Create and maintain tech packs and digital prototypes, review prototypes and samples, and provide clear technical feedback to support fit, quality, and manufacturability. Help guide products through key gates and calendar milestones to ensure on‑time production readiness.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor’s degree in apparel design, textile science, or a related field (additional relevant product creation experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
  • Minimum 5 years of technical design experience in the apparel industry
  • Strong understanding of the apparel development process from concept through production, including construction, materials, costing, manufacturing, and quality
  • Proven experience owning individual styles end‑to‑end in a seasonal development environment
  • Strong technical expertise in apparel construction, fit standards, textiles, trims, and graphics
  • Experience interpreting design intent and offering practical technical solutions
  • Hands‑on experience writing product specifications and construction instructions
  • Experience partnering with vendors to improve fit, quality, and manufacturability
  • Ability to manage multiple styles and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and experience using CAD pattern and 3D tools (e.g., Optitex, CLO, Browzwear or equivalent)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
